In March 2012 we became members of
‘Hampshire Fare’ which has been the counties
food group for 21 years. Hampshire Fare brings
together local producers of food, drink and crafts,
giving us an opportunity to find out what
interesting artisan producers are on our doorstep.

Throughout the month of July each year Hampshire
Fare organise a Food Festival to enable everyone to
enjoy and visit most of these producers.
Over 70 different events held across Hampshire will
celebrate the best of local food and farming.

During the months of June and July our lunch menu
was inspired by showing some of the finest of
‘Hampshire & Sussex Fare’ which also linked in with
‘Havant goes Greener’ week held in June 2012.
We also invited you to enjoy a visit to one of our
local farms/suppliers – Hyden Farm, Clanfield.
